Delete Account Request

If you no longer wish to use Seagull SaaS, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data. Please review the information below before submitting your request.

📋 How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion in two ways:

• In-App: Go to your Profile / Settings inside the Seagull SaaS app and tap "Delete Account". (Recommended for instant deletion).
• Via Web Form: Fill out the form below. Our support team will process your request manually.

🔒 What data will be deleted?

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently purged from our Firebase/Firestore servers:

• Your authentication profile (Name, Email, Phone number).
• All user-generated SaaS content and personalized settings.
• Application usage history linked to your User ID.

⚠️ What data may be retained?

We do not retain unnecessary data. However, certain technical logs or financial records (if applicable in the future) may be kept for a limited period solely to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. These logs are entirely anonymized and cannot be linked back to you.

⏳ Processing Time

Manual deletion requests submitted via this web form are typically processed within 7 business days. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
